The Small Christian communities and other ecclesial groups appoints their Cjpc representatives /coordinators who attends the meetings then goes back to the representative group and share back what was discussed. Through this, more members from those groups willingly devote to become members of the Cjpc. After they join, induction and formation is done to welcome the members officially to the group.
 Once a member fully understands the responsibilities of a Cjpc member, formation classes are organized for all the joining members to be commissioned.

Conclusion.
This is a very active group, whose members are always ready and available to be commissioned for all manner of activities to help propagate the gospel of Christ. We regularly participate in liturgical activities and always lead the entire Lenten season activities including security and elections where need be and not only during Diocese elections but also actively involved in by elections.
